Residential customers would pay a fixed fee of Rs 4.50 per unit for up to 400 units over a two-month period. Upon reaching 500 units, the price rises to Rs 6 per unit from the initial 400 units. There would be a fee of Rs 8 per unit for up to 600 units. Orders of 600 units or more and up to 800 units are charged Rs 9 per unit.
